Woke up not feeling too bad-that quickly changed.
Hit the gym after several stalling games of spider solitare. It was packed and i had a lame machine. After some brief cardio i headed downstairs to do situps. This brought out the soreness in my back (just laying on the ground) and my stomach-even my neck was sore from crashing. I think i get points just for showing up-
