I think the theory of hanging onto the rope at 25 mph to cure my shoulder was a little faulty-today it is hard to steer my car. Not wanting to chuck the theroy before i gave it a fair shake i figured i should go again today-maybe yesterday wasnt enough...was responsible enough to ice however.
