The blister i have from Monday has taken three sessions of needles to get it to drain. My friend at work, Brad (who also runs stairs with me at lunch to help me train-OK we did this once with good intentions of going again) thinks that my toe is going to fall off since i have not done anything to prevent infection. I have been taking every precaution with my knee-Glucosamine, ligaplex, witch doctor meds, etc. This is a lot of work already and i still cant carry more than 10lbs on my back!
